Currently, Krishna holds the role of Principal Director of AI Innovations & Products at Accenture Operations, where he focuses on creating a portfolio of AI innovations to enhance efficiency in delivering BPO services and to distinguish Accenture's offerings in the competitive marketplace.
Prior to his current position, Krishna made notable contributions as a Distinguished Research Scientist & Senior Manager at Accenture Operations, where he played a pivotal role in developing key technical innovations for IBM Watson Engagement Adviser. He also spearheaded the creation of IBM Watson-based solutions tailored for the financial and healthcare sectors, along with leading a team that developed AI tools for various technical support functions within IBM Global Technology Services.
Krishna's exceptional work and expertise have been recognized through numerous accolades, including several IBM Research Division Awards. He holds an impressive total of 32 patents granted by the USPTO, underlining his inventive spirit and contributions to the field of AI.
In terms of academic achievements, Krishna pursued his higher education at prestigious institutions; he earned a BSc in Physics with additional majors in Mathematics and Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University. Subsequently, he obtained a PhD in Machine Learning and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the esteemed Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
