Krassimira Iordanova is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in product, project management, sales development, and consulting in the enterprise cloud software industry. She has deep and intimate knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle CX solution portfolio, and SAP CRM. Krassimira's expertise in these software solutions has made her a 5X Salesforce certified expert.
