Romina Del Moro is an accomplished consultant in the field of User Experience (UX), with a deep knowledge of Design Thinking. With over 18 years of experience in eCommerce, CRM, and digital transformation, Romina has a solid track record of leading cross-functional teams to implement successful solutions for enterprises. At IBM, she has held various leadership positions, including Lider de Salesforce, Gerente Interactive Experience and Mobile, and Lider de la linea de servicio de Enterprise Aplication y Oracle en Chile, where she oversaw the solution and execution of projects related to Customer Experience, Journey Maps, Commerce, and Mobile applications.

Romina is a certified design thinking practitioner and a technical consultant in numerous CRM tools such as SAP CRM, SAP MM, Siebel, and Epiphany. Her specialty lies in Sales, Services, and Marketing processes in CRM. She has studied Digital Strategies for Business: Leading The Next-Generation Enterprise at Columbia Business School and obtained a Licenciada en Informatica at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
