Naidu is an expert in global sourcing, outsourcing/in-sourcing, large-scale system deployments, and organization development. He specializes in strategic and business planning, vendor management, contract negotiation, SOX/HIPAA/regulatory compliance readiness, and M&A integration. His exceptional leadership skills have helped him build world-class IT teams and establish lasting relationships with business partners.

Naidu has an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and an MBA from prestigious universities. He has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Aurum Biosciences Ltd, Benetech, Amava™, County of Santa Clara, Telenav, Whiz Technologies, and Sun Microsystems. Naidu has also previously served as Systems Manager - Dept. of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Edinburgh.
