Having worked for reputable companies like Marriott International, Appco UK, PEGAS Touristik, Renaissance Life, United Card Services, and Euroonco, Konstantin has acquired extensive knowledge in strategic management, marketing, brand management, product management, public relations, customer service, quality management, and operational management.

Konstantin's educational background is impressive, with a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, and Management from Moscow State University of Aviation, further specialized studies in digital communication, project management, and mini-MBAs from institutions like Qmarketing Academy, EY Academy of Business, and City Business School.
