In his professional journey, Kolja Oswald has held various key roles, serving as the Head of Business Development at Forte Digital GmbH, an Enterprise Account Executive at Quantum Metric, an Account Executive at Optimizely, and engaging in Go To Market Consulting as a Freelancer. Moreover, he has entrepreneurial experience, having founded 902fit to further explore his innovative ideas.

Outside of work, Kolja enjoys physical activities like lifting weights and trail running, as well as indulging in intellectual pursuits such as reading the latest non-fiction literature over a cup of coffee. This well-rounded approach to life reflects his dedication to both physical and mental well-being.
