Thieme is the founder and president of Luftikus Investments and has held executive roles at several major companies, including SPX Flow, Inc., where he was the General Manager of Flash Technology and Managing Director of SPX Thermal Product Solutions. He was also the Vice President and General Manager of Evaporative Cooling EMEA and Global Parts Business at SPX Cooling Technologies.
