Kirill Slavetski

Kirill Slavetski is a design leader with more than two decades of experience in product design, UX strategy, design management, and user research. His main focus is on building and leading exceptional design and research teams in product companies while helping businesses improve processes and outcomes around UX. Kirill believes that the only real way for a product company to beat the competition is to fully adopt a user-centered approach and build a system of robust processes. A graduate of Kyiv Pedagogical College and the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kirill has also completed UX certifications from Nielsen Norman Group.

Kirill has held several leadership positions, including his current role as Head of User Experience at HousingAnywhere, a platform for student accommodation. Previously, Kirill served as Design Strategy Consultant at Kirill Slavetski: UX Strategy for Product Companies, Head of Product Design at Paxful, Inc, Product Design & User Research Lead at Jobbatical, Product Design Lead at Badoo, Design Director, Co-owner at Simple Sampler, Director of User Experience at Sonopia, User Interface Designer at Art. Lebedev Studio, and Independent User Experience Consultant.

Throughout his career, Kirill has been dedicated to creating user-centered design culture and building smart, fun, and passionate teams. He enjoys rapid prototyping and constant experimentation in conjunction with in-depth user research, leading to the successful launch of products and sharing that feeling with a close-knit team.
