With 15 years of experience in youth, community, and government services, Kiri has led initiatives in the prevention of violence against women (PVAW) field, utilizing her research, analysis, and visioning skills.
Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Religion and Theology with a focus on Cultural Studies, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies with a concentration in Indonesian, and a varied high school curriculum at Mac Robertson Girls' High School and Canterbury Girls' Secondary College.
Kiri's professional journey includes roles such as Director at Amble Studio, Principal Consultant at Kiri Bear Consulting, and positions at organizations like the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth), Domestic Violence Resource Centre, Western Centre Against Sexual Assault, and Women's Health in the South East.
