    She creates spaces for deep exploration of topics like climate change, colonization, and violence against women, aiming to guide individuals towards connection, authenticity, and personal growth.

    With a focus on listening, trust-building, and collaborative play, Kiri designs and implements processes to support teams in navigating challenges, having meaningful conversations, and thriving together.

    Kiri Bear is currently involved in leveraging the power and joy of games at her studio, Amble Studio.

    Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in Religion and Theology with a focus on Cultural Studies, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies with Indonesian, and completion of VCE with various subjects at Mac Robertson Girls' High School and Canterbury Girls' Secondary College.

    Throughout her career, Kiri has held roles in organizations such as The Adaptation Game, Amble Studio, Kiri Bear Consulting, Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth), Domestic Violence Resource Centre, Western Centre Against Sexual Assault, and Women's Health in the South East.
