Kiren Randhawa

Kiren Randhawa is a dedicated Development Associate who has spent her career supporting various non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts. Currently, she is lending her talents to Jumpstart, a national early education organization committed to providing children in low-income communities with the tools and resources they need to succeed academically.

Kiren's work experience spans a wide range of industries and areas within the non-profit sector. Before joining Jumpstart, she worked as a Development Coordinator for the American Heart Association, where she was responsible for managing campaigns and building relationships with donors. She also served as a Fundraising and Events Coordinator for the Arthritis Foundation, where she planned and executed major fundraising events and developed strategic partnerships.

Throughout her career, Kiren has honed her skills in relationship building, event planning, and donor management. Her passion for supporting underserved communities and creating opportunities for children to succeed is evident in her work at Jumpstart.
