Kirby's experience extends to roles such as health coach, mindfulness teacher, fitness trainer, and yoga instructor.
Kirby's educational journey includes studies at prestigious institutions like the University of California, Berkeley, Duke University, Northwestern University, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where Kirby pursued degrees in Development & Design, Integrative Health Coaching, Education & Social Policy, and Public Health.
Currently, Kirby is embarking on a new venture as an Aspiring Co-Founder of a Wellness Social Enterprise, slated to begin operations after Kirby relocates from Hawaii to San Francisco in June 2023. This enterprise aims to offer innovative wellness services and technology solutions to enhance physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and mental health, particularly focusing on underserved communities in healthcare.

Furthermore, Kirby has academic experience as an Organizational Behavior Research Assistant at Northwestern University.
