Kira O'Connor
Kira O'Connor is a highly accomplished media and communications professional, split between two homes in Hawai'i and London. With a diverse work history spanning various sectors, including social media, law, and entertainment, Kira is a multi-talented individual with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, a Doctor of Jurisprudence specializing in Sports and Entertainment & Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oregon, and is a graduate of the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Kira is currently Head of Public Policy Programs, EMEA at Instagram, where she leads programs to empower policymakers to understand how they can use Instagram to further their policy objectives.
