With a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Kimberly has made an impressive career out of driving process improvements across people, technology, and processes for organizations, including Allstate. She has demonstrated exceptional relationship-building skills, influencing decision-makers, navigating all levels of organizations- including C-level executives- and facilitating collaborative communication between team members, senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
