Founder / Coach / Speaker

Project management for web projects: Managed communication with clients & development team, ensuring projects and deliverables were on time, ensuring internal schedules are up to date, reported progress to clients and the internal team, project planning, writing SOWs and SOPs. 

Business development: Writing proposals, emailing/talking with potential clients, landing projects, refining scope, invoicing, writing deliverable documents, and other activities associated with sales/business development.

Web development: Modified HTML & CSS, adjusted theme settings, fonts, uploaded assets, set up site structure, added sample content, and modified Shopify Liquid templates.

Project Development Manager

Dynamite Circle is an exclusive, paid membership community of location-independent entrepreneurs. This position was remote, however Kimberly was based primarily in SouthEast Asia, Europe and the U.S. 

Responsibilities and Contributions: 

- Managed onboarding of new members, and personalized welcome initiatives to maximize engagement and reduce churn.

- Launched Moderator Program to create brand ambassadors and improve forum content.

- Curated and wrote a weekly newsletter highlighting community events, forum articles, and celebrated members. 

- Led initiative for member-hosted, worldwide monthly meetups. Created SOPS, promoted meetups, and supported hosts. 

- Planned annual conferences in Bangkok and Austin (see "Event Planner" role description).

Dynamite Circle

Community Manager

In addition to Community Management, Kimberly planned the annual #DCBKK conference in Bangkok, Thailand. Each year, 500 location independent entrepreneurs from around the world would come together for niche and industry-specific meetups, mastermind sessions, and keynote talks from people like Mark Manson, Derek Sivers, Laura Roeder, and Noah Kagan. 

Responsibilities and Contributions:

- Managed all Speaker-related communications, including (but not limited to) travel arrangements, content, and private speakers' dinners. 

- Coordinated all event logistics, including conference meeting spaces, after parties, private meetups, and hotel room-blocks. 

- Conducted all event promotion and oversaw communication for registered attendees. 

- Sourced event materials, including branded swag, red carpet and photo backdrops, lanyards, wristbands, and all printed materials.

- Ensured that event was unique and on-brand for the Dynamite Circle community, with special event touches like bulletproof coffee, and free Thai massage at breaks. 

- Launched event volunteer team, and created SOPs for subsequent years. 

- Ensured each guest had an intimate and personalized experience using insights from Community Management role.

Event Planner

- Led cross-platform website development initiatives for chain-level and single-property luxury hotels raning from $20K to $100K+. 

- Collaborated with in-house design team and external branding agencies like MMGY, to successfully create and launch over 8 new Websites, including the Trump Hotel Collection Chain-level redesign (www.trumphotelcollection.com) and 11 subsequent foreign language websites for the collection. 

- Oversaw full execution of project lifecycle including planning, design, development, QA, launch and post-launch.

-Strategized with UX designers, and outside consulting firms to optimize for increased traffic and sales. 

- Prioritized website projects to successfully manage online marketing retainers for over 10 properties  simultaneously, including Trump Hotel Collection, Montage Hotels and Resorts, Classic Hotels, Bayview Hotels and Resorts. .  

- Communicated on a daily basis with DOSMs, Revenue Managers and Account Managers at both corporate and property levels to provide project timelines and updates, summary of monthly expenditures and strategic input on all website related updates. 

- Composed project documents and agreements including timelines, Project Briefs and SOWs. 

- Trained clients and peers on a variety of Content Management tools for website applications, e-mail Campaigns, and SMS text messaging.
