Jeffrey Sharp, CEO of Onestá, has had an entrepreneurial spirit since the age of 8, when he sold fundraiser pizzas on his newspaper route in Chanute, Kansas. Despite being awarded for his efforts, he learned a valuable lesson in business and pursued selling his own trinkets to his clients directly. After studying Graphic Communications, Art, Design, and Programming at Hawkeye Tech, Sharp went on to found several successful companies, including Lymedad, Customer Returns Consulting, and Trackback, Inc. He has also held positions as Director of Sales at Mindshare Technologies, Inc., Inside Sales Manager at CustomerSat, and Site Specialist at careerbuilder.

Sharp's journey through health issues and personal struggles brought him to develop the Spirit Principles of Business, which emphasize the importance of creating space for transitions in life. Using his concept of The Five You's, Sharp teaches business leaders, professional athletes, and students worldwide how to create more time in the five main elements of life: spiritual, time, emotional, physical, and financial.
