Kimberly Pacelli is a professional with a strong background in student affairs and legal risk management, particularly focused on Title IX compliance in both higher education and K-12 settings.

With a diverse educational background including a BA in Government from Bowdoin College, a J.D. in Law from the University of Maine School of Law, and an M.Ed. in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Kimberly combines legal expertise with hands-on experience in student affairs.

Currently serving as a Partner at TNG, Kimberly has held various roles in the past, such as Senior Supervising Associate and Associate at TNG, Attorney & Higher Education Consultant at Drummond Woodsum, Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Bowdoin College, Associate Dean of Student Life at Harvard University, Director of Residential Life at Bowdoin College, and Assistant Director for Legislation at the Advisory Committee on Student Financial Assistance.

Her work involves conducting program reviews, ensuring legal compliance, providing training, developing policies, conducting investigations, and offering practical legal advice on student affairs areas like student conduct, civil rights, student data privacy, technology, mental health, and emergency response.
