Kimberly N. Marshall

Kimberly N. Marshall is an investor, advisor, and part of the Goldman Sachs' Launch With GS initiative, dedicated to funding, building, and advising high-growth companies in various sectors such as transportation & logistics, fintech, and healthcare.

Currently involved in Launch With GS, advising on a $1 billion investment strategy focused on diverse teams for strong returns, aiming to increase access to capital for women, Black, Latinx, and other diverse entrepreneurs. Also a Founding Board Member of Black Angels Miami, increasing diversity in investments and connecting black investors with top startups.

In the past, Kimberly led investing strategy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and spearheaded growth initiatives at Uber, playing a significant role in the company's expansion. She has extensive experience in venture capital, contributing to growth strategy across various industries and has participated in multiple funds and investments.

Kimberly's educational background includes a BA from Harvard University in Economics and French, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management with focuses on Finance, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Management & Organizations.

Her areas of expertise encompass venture and growth equity investing, investing strategy design, geographic market expansion, regulatory & stakeholder strategy, holistic product development, and philanthropic funding/partnerships. In addition to her professional endeavors, she enjoys snowboarding, tennis, traveling, and exploring food, wine, and art around the world.
