Kimberley Botwright is the Head of Sustainable Trade at the World Economic Forum, a position she has held since January 2022. In her role, she focuses on various aspects of sustainable trade, including supply chain sustainability, circular trade, and the intersection of trade and climate change. Her responsibilities involve driving public-private initiatives and fostering collaboration across different sectors and policy areas.12
Before joining the World Economic Forum, Botwright served as the managing editor for a trade policy publication at the International Centre for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) and worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She holds a Master of Arts from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oxford. Botwright is fluent in English and French and has a keen interest in ocean sustainability and reducing plastic pollution.12
