Courtney Radcliffe Gill is a venture capitalist and global environmental enthusiast with a passion for aerospace innovations and climate tech.13 She served as part of the Aerospace Team focusing on Sustainable Aviation at the World Economic Forum from January 2019 to April 2022.3 Her work at WEF involved areas such as eVTOLs, electric and hydrogen aviation, global public policy, space junk, and international cooperation.3
Courtney has a diverse educational background, including an MBA from the University of Oxford, and a BA and MA from Cambridge University in Land Economy.3 She has experience in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and worked in government relations at Rolls-Royce.3
Currently, Courtney is the Head of Innovation at Atento Capital, a role she started in January 2024.23 She is known for her interest in conservation, having climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and participated in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge.1 Courtney has traveled to over 60 countries and is fluent in English and French, with professional proficiency in Spanish.3
