Kim Shore

Kim Shore is a strategic designer at The Smith Family, specializing in program design and enhancement within the Learning for Life program stream.

She has a diverse background working on public, non-profit, and business innovation projects, including human-centered design projects in various sectors such as education, government, and environmental law.

Kim's previous roles include practicing law and providing legal advice to startups and social enterprises, serving as a Non-Executive Director, and managing environment and sustainability programs leading youth delegations to international conferences.

Her areas of expertise and passion include human-centered design, design research, user experience design, systems-oriented design, communication, leadership, and legal advice.

Kim Shore holds a Fellowship in Sustainability Leadership, a Master's degree in Human-Centered Design, and a Juris Doctor in Law in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Politics.

She has held various positions in organizations such as The Smith Family, Kim Shore Consulting, The Climate Reality Project, Huddle, Environmental Justice Australia, Peer Academy, and Global Voices among others.
