Frank Mastronuzzi is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner at Punch Financial, a firm that provides outsourced bookkeeping and finance operations for small and medium-sized businesses, including tech startups, SaaS companies, e-commerce companies, and media firms.1

Mastronuzzi has over 15 years of experience and has previously worked as Acting CFO for several companies such as Cabinet Health, FluentPet, Sanas, Robin Games, Edquity, Polaris Genomics, and others.2 He has also mentored businesses as part of 500 Startups and worked as the Vice President of Business Development at American Greetings.2

Mastronuzzi is passionate about helping startups grow and founded Punch Financial in 2017.1 He provides financial expertise and processes to help clients navigate areas such as fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.1

Mastronuzzi graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. and also holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business.2
