Senior Business Affairs Manager

- Prepare production, travel, and talent estimates for all projects• Prepare production and talent contracts and related agreements for projects• Submit insurance declarations for all productions• Create purchase orders and process invoices for all vendors• Review storyboard, scripts, and rough cuts for any clearance and/or talent issues• Obtain clearances and perform trademark and copyright searches• Prepare talent contracts and estimates according to SAG-AFTRA guidelines• Prepare and review licenses for trademarks, image and likeness, footage, images, music, and content from third parties• Handle all non-disclosure agreements from vendors and third party affiliates

- Prepare session reports, contracts and completion reports for commercial talent• Manage all talent payments in accordance with SAG-AFTRA and AFM guidelines• Prepare quarterly and yearly estimates for clients; revise estimates as needed• Provide advice and counsel in regards to reducing talent costs• Manage holding fees, use cycles, guarantee expirations and deadlines• Address claims from SAG-AFTRA• Generate reports and provide payment history and documents for ongoing audits• Work on set to assist producers and 2nd ADs with talent regulations and contracts in real time• Work in direct collaboration with business affairs and production teams at advertising agencies • Beta test and train new employees on talent and media systems• Work closely with agents to ensure proper handling of talent rights and royalties
