Kiely also pursued a Master's in Poetry from New School University and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from West Virginia University.

    Throughout her career, Kiely has held key roles in various organizations, such as serving as the Director of Innovation at Oracle NAAC, Co-Founder of The Wild, Faculty member at William & Mary, Chief Operations Officer at The Poetry Society of New York, Lead Trainer (Consultant) at The Design Gym, and Advisor at 30 Weeks, among others. Her diverse roles demonstrate her versatility and expertise across different sectors.

    Kiely's professional background also includes roles such as US Lead at Another Tomorrow, Faculty member at Parsons School of Design - The New School, Agent and Program Manager at Hyper Island, and Founder of Tri Lengua (NYC). She has also made significant contributions as the Founder & Director of the Barcelona Poetry Society Non-Profit at Prostibulo Poetico and as a Teacher/Facilitator at Anywhere, showcasing her dedication to creativity and education.
