Kevin Shah

Kevin Shah is an accomplished product and business leader with a passion for empathy and inclusion. With over a decade of experience in product management, he has led the creation of world-first IoT platforms and products, transforming the real-time tech and communications for public safety, and delivering measurable impact and financial returns. Shah's superpower is his ability to inject empathy in products, teams, and culture, and he is on a mission to promote the practice of empathy, building the world's first "empathy gym." He is currently working as a Sr. Manager of Product Management at T-Mobile, leading the consumer IoT products and experiences for families. Shah has studied computer engineering and electrical and electronics engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He is also the CEO and co-founder of Jaago, an app that promotes empathy as a daily habit, and the inventor of a patented public safety communication technology.
