Kevin Noble is a seasoned global executive with expertise in commercial strategy, new product innovation, startup scaling, new business development, and marketing.

Currently, Kevin leads the development of the Colorado Life Sciences Incubator for Innosphere Ventures, focusing on advancing Colorado's Bioscience Advanced Industry and supporting startup founders in the life science sector.

He has a rich background working with renowned life sciences companies like Genentech, Roche, Abbott, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, while also offering leadership guidance to startups in various advanced industries.

Kevin actively engages in volunteering efforts to promote inclusion in business, leadership, and innovation, with a specific focus on supporting women-led companies, underserved communities, and fostering new leadership for innovation.

With a global perspective, Kevin has lived in multiple countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, Switzerland, and Denmark.
