Kevin Mullen

Kevin Mullen is a Board Certified Labor & Employment Law attorney with extensive expertise in counseling businesses on employment and safety issues resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. He is highly proficient in representing clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, and private arbitrations. Kevin has a remarkable track record of notable victories, including the dismissal of contested OSHA citations following trial, defense verdicts in age discrimination arbitrations against an insurance carrier, defense verdict in a civil rights case against a school district, and defense verdicts in two discrimination/tort cases against an automobile dealership. He is also skilled in evaluating situations and assessing the needs of employees, advising executives in assessing and negotiating employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and severance packages, and in mediating employment and business disputes.
