Kevin Hughes

Kevin Hughes is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience handling complex business litigation matters. He has a proven track record of successful jury trials in both federal and state court involving significant and highly-complicated issues of banking, corporate finance, pharmaceuticals, technology and intellectual property. His expertise and skills have allowed him to lead and handle multiple bench trials and arbitrations around California. Kevin has successfully argued appeals before the California Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit. As a highly regarded litigation attorney, Kevin has obtained favorable jury verdicts and court orders for his clients, covering a wide range of practice areas.

Kevin studied at the University of Michigan where he received his Bachelor's degree in Economics. He then went on to study Law at Columbia University where he gained his Doctor of Law degree (J.D.). Kevin has been admitted before all state and federal courts in California.

Currently, Kevin is a Business Litigation Partner at Foundation Law Group LLP. He previously worked at Tisdale & Nicholson, LLP, Greenberg Glusker, Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and Hogan & Hartson.
