Led a universal font replacement rebranding project, saved 500k EUR in annual expenses, lifted user retention through UX initiatives, led ideation workshops with Sr Directors and cross-departmental leaders to align operations and customer experience expectations, managed an overhaul of localization and internationalization workflows to support 19 languages with 24hour turnaround times, and more.
