Kevin Dious

Kevin Dious is the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Reddit, Inc. He has a diverse educational and professional background that includes degrees in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Georgia, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dious began his career as a software engineer at Qualcomm, where he worked on various projects related to mobile technology. He later joined Ubiqomm, focusing on telecommunications systems. In March 2017, he transitioned to Reddit as a backend software engineer on the Anti-Evil team, which is responsible for combating spam and harmful content on the platform. His role evolved, and he eventually became the Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he plays a crucial role in strategic initiatives and operations within the company.

In addition to his work at Reddit, Dious is passionate about promoting diversity in technology and education. He serves on the executive board of Many Mentors, an organization dedicated to mentoring individuals in STEM fields.12
