He studied at Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine and has held leadership positions in several organizations, including Kaust, Unsw Innovations, Autm, The University Of Glasgow, Heriot-Watt University, and Procter & Gamble. He has a proven track record of driving growth, building networks, and creating enterprise value across different sectors.

His previous roles have involved managing large teams, developing successful strategies, and facilitating collaborations among stakeholders from academia, industry, and government. As former Vice President - Innovation And Economic Development at Kaust, he oversaw a broad range of initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and job creation in Saudi Arabia. As Chief Executive Officer at Unsw Innovations, he led the commercialization arm of one of Australia's top-ranked universities, generating significant revenues through licensing deals, spin-offs, and equity investments in start-ups.

As Autm Vice President - Metrics And Surveys at Autm, he guided the association's efforts to collect, analyze, and disseminate data on technology transfer practices worldwide.
