Kevin Covert is a seasoned Venture Capital investor, entrepreneur, and investment banker with a remarkable 25 years of experience in financial services and technology.

Currently, he serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Strandview Capital, a venture capital firm dedicated to investing in early-stage financial and bank technology companies, collaborating closely with entrepreneurs to foster the growth of exceptional enterprises.

Before his role at Strandview Capital, Kevin was the CEO of the prominent tech investment bank Covert & Co. and Co-Founder of another tech investment bank, Montgomery & Co. His educational background includes an MBA in Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and engineering studies at UC Irvine.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been actively involved in various organizations such as the Banktech Consortium Fund, Coverance Insurance Solutions, Raiven, Emergent Business Group, The Closing Exchange, Insellerate, Qmerit, Silvergate Bank, Acorns, and many others.

He has also held significant positions including Board Member at Orange County Venture Group, Vice President at Credit Suisse, Senior Associate at Salomon Brothers, and Engineer/Vice President at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Kevin's diverse background and extensive network have allowed him to make substantial contributions and investments in the financial and technology sectors.
