Kevin Chan-A-Shing is an accomplished operations, customer experience, and risk executive with a robust background in business strategy, enterprise-wide transformations, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement.

Having previously worked as a consultant at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group, Kevin is recognized for his talent in forming diverse, high-performance leadership teams that have generated over $100 million in bottom-line results, driven by a strong focus on enhancing the consumer experience.

He excels in leading growth in challenging environments, fostering trust and commitment from teams, peers, and management to achieve positive returns on investment. Kevin is adept at managing large multi-location teams of over 250 employees.

In 2015, Kevin received the 40 Under Forty Recognition from The Network Journal for his valuable contributions as an African American professional in both the industry and community. He currently serves as an Advisory Board member for the Wharton African American Alumni Association.

Kevin's educational background includes completing his A Levels from St. Mary's College under the Cambridge International Examinations. He pursued his MBA from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania's The Wharton School and earned a BSBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
