Kevin Biernat
Kevin Biernat is a graduate student pursuing a doctoral degree in the Department of Atmospheric and Environmental Sciences at the University at Albany, SUNY, specializing in Atmospheric Sciences.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Central Michigan University and current enrollment in the M.S. program for Atmospheric Sciences at the State University of New York at Albany.
Kevin has been actively involved in various roles and organizations within the meteorological field, such as serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University at Albany and as a former Meteorology Lab Assistant/Tutor at Central Michigan University.
He also gained practical experience as a Hollings Intern at NOAA-National Weather Service and held leadership positions, including President at the Student Chapter of the American Meteorological Society at CMU.
Kevin has a keen interest in atmospheric research and plans to continue his academic journey by pursuing a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences upon completing his Master's degree.
