Part of the management team, I was Director of an IT and Business Change consultancy, providing human capital management solutions, predominately to the Financial Services arena. Within 18 months of its inception, Sterling Consulting became the most profitable business within the Resource Solutions Group portfolio.

Sanderson Recruitment (part of the Sanderson Solutions Group), are the largest independent recruitment agency in the UK. Since its inception, over 30 years ago, Sanderson has grown to a turnover in excess of £130 million and employs over 100 consultants. Sanderson provides IT and Business Change solutions to all industries and sectors.

Part of the management team, l managed the business development team to create new business streams for all areas of the group. Assisted the MD in the day to day running of the organisation whilst contributing to, assisting with and driving the future vision of the group

Managed and developed a new company within the group which grew to become the most profitable part of the organisation. Working in partnership with clients, I provided flexible resource solutions (time and materials, fixed price, interim, shared risk and permanent) through effective planning, sourcing, deployment and development of project resources for all programmes/projects within the client’s portfolio, resulting in an enhanced and enriched process for managing the supply and demand of resource.
