Kerry Carruthers is a highly experienced communications professional with over two decades of expertise in policy and business communications, strategic marketing, and messaging. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where she leads a comprehensive campaign to promote the visibility and market share of the PEO industry. As a spokesperson for various policy issues including healthcare, workforce policy, and taxes, Carruthers has an extensive background in public relations and communications. Prior to joining NAPEO, she ran Hen Communications, a consulting firm with a diverse range of clients. She also served as the Assistant Vice President of Communications and Media at the National Association of Manufacturers, where she developed innovative programs that improved the image of careers in manufacturing. Kerry Carruthers holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication/Journalism and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Communications from Loyola University and Loyola University Maryland, respectively.
