Kent Randall

Kent Randall is a seasoned acquisitions and transactional attorney with over 15 years of experience across various legal roles in government, administrative law, general counsel positions, and international firms and tribunals.

His areas of expertise include legal assurance, due diligence, negotiation, SEC compliance, government contracting, energy project development, finance, construction, M&A, environmental engineering, compliance, import/export, and dispute resolution.

Kent holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Public Administration and is licensed with national and international certifications in negotiation, mediation, business coaching, and as a certified project manager.

He has a strong background in writing and editing, having served as a judicial clerk at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg, Germany, and completed legal internships with the XVIII Airborne JAG in Kuwait/Iraq and externship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Kent Randall is currently the General Counsel - Contracts/Acquisitions at Booz Allen Hamilton and previously held positions as Regional Supervisor, Administrative Law Judge, Environmental Attorney, and Contracts Attorney within the US Federal Government.
