Adam Nicolopoulos

Adam Nicolopoulos is a highly experienced investment banking professional and expert witness, specializing in corporate finance and project finance. His areas of expertise include transportation infrastructure and energy project assets, including renewable and sustainable projects, as well as PPPs and Concession Projects. Adam has extensive experience in capital raising and placement, project valuation, structured finance, commercial and financial negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering - Automatic Control Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Columbia Engineering.

Adam is the founder and CEO of ADN Capital Ventures, Inc. and has previously held several high-level positions at established financial institutions such as UBS Investment Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland Group. He has also worked as a finance director at Copelouzos Group and as a manager at Southern California Edison (SCE). Additionally, Adam has served as a visiting scholar at Stanford University.
