Ken Gurrola

Business Attorney; Owner of Eastridge Capital, LP

Ken Gurrola is a highly accomplished businessman and investor with an extensive background in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He is the Chairman and CEO of US-regulated investment bank Eastridge Capital, LP, where he oversees the firm's operations in the US, India, and China. Additionally, he helps manage the assets of one of the world's largest conglomerates.

Gurrola's impressive career history includes serving as the President, Strategy for a $500+ million affiliate of DreamWorks Live Action in India and helping turn it around to become one of the world's biggest media post-production studios. Before this, he was the Senior Managing Director of Investment Banking for Muriel Siebert & Co., where he sourced and executed over $1 billion in transactions. Gurrola also owned Kaufman Brothers L.P., where he helped execute $32 billion in transactions.

Prior to his investment banking roles, Gurrola was a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and advised over 50% of private equity firms with $2+ billion assets under management at Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Deloitte & Touche.

As an alumni volunteer leader, Gurrola served on executive/advisory committees for Cornell University's Board of Trustees, Johnson School, Council, and Alumni Association, representing over 240,000 alumni globally.

Gurrola holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Cornell University, and a JD in Law from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the New York and California State legal bars and holds various FINRA securities licenses.
