Negev Capital (www.negevcap.com) is a psychedelic medical intervention investment fund with assets of USD$30+ million. We invest in drug discovery, with a focus on preclinical and/or Phase 1 stages of development. We aim to support those early-stage companies in need of capital that promote the thoughtful, responsible, medical use of psychedelic medication for psychiatric disorders, and who have excellent management and science teams, and solid IP.

We believe that psychedelic medications will be not only disruptive to the practice of psychiatry, but hold the potential to reduce enormous amounts of human suffering, and we are committed to helping the field mature, and further promote ways for these treatments to reach all of those in need.

The Cloud4Auto Ventures was created in 2012 for investments into prospective IT startups in the automotive industry. The partners of the fund have years of experience in building successful IT companies and knowledge of the characteristic aspects of the automotive industry. We don't just provide startups with funds, but provide comprehensive mentor's support in all business areas: sales, marketing, software development, talent management and so on.

Thanks to an extensive network of industry contacts, we can quickly test any concept for marketability and provide a pool of initial pilot projects and clients. We primarily focus on building a successful business mode that yields a guaranteed stream of revenue and allows you to grow your business. As a co-founder, I established BrightConsult 6 years ago in a small room with ten employees. Nowadays the company is a part of the Incadea Group (worldwide leader in developing business software for the automotive industry). We had 100+ employees, and our company has been the best Microsoft partner in the automotive industry in Russia for the last five years. Microsoft chose BrightConsult as a member of the Microsoft President's Club, which includes only 5% of partners worldwide, and the Best ERP Reseller Partner in 2012.

Since the foundation of BrightConsult, our team has created five product lines for the automotive industry, which made it possible to grow 25-100% every year and keep profitability at a high level.

I handled the general management of the company: 

1) creation and development of leadership team
2) foundation of new business lines

4) budgeting and finance, including IPO preparation.

In 2012, 100% of BrightConsult shares were purchased by Incadea (www.incadea.com), the leading European software developer for the automotive industry. Started work as a Junior Consultant at ERP projects and then I became a Project Manager, ERP Department Lead, and COO of the Company. 

In the course of 4 years I gained very good, extensive experience in managing ERP projects and growing an IT business from scratch. As an ERP department lead, I managed the start-up of a Microsoft business and achieved the best profitability among all the departments of the company. As COO, I was responsible for all operations, including Consulting Services, Finance, and HR.
