Ken Beiser

Ken Beiser is an experienced project finance banker, complex product sales leader, and solar business developer with a diverse background in finance and renewable energy.

With over twelve years of experience in photovoltaic solar businesses, Ken has a strong track record in developing solar PV installations in the US, securing grants and tax incentives, and structuring profitable deals.

In addition to his solar expertise, Ken boasts 13 years of banking experience in Europe, focusing on tech and property sectors, and has successfully led turnaround and recovery efforts in the US market.

Ken's educational background includes an MBA from Europe's top B-School and a BSc in Communications Studies and Economics from Northwestern University.

Currently, Ken serves as a Principal-Senior Consultant at StarkPoint Capital Advisors LLC, leveraging his skills to advise solar developers and off-takers on strategic financial decisions.

His previous roles include Director of Corporate Finance at New York Power Authority, Senior VP of Sales & Business Development at Empower Energies, Inc., and Managing Director at Tecta Solar division at Tecta America Corp, among others.

Ken's experience spans across project financing, fund placement, equity capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, making him a versatile professional in the energy and finance sectors.
