I served Shoreline as a highly organized and detail-oriented department Administrative Coordinator.  As the department Administrative Coordinator,  I was responsible for managing daily department operations, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements for leadership, and providing support to military families by serving as a central point of contact for information and referrals to community resources. I collected and analyzed community data for the advancement of non-profit projects company-wide.

I served Covenant Hospice as a skilled and experienced Health Information Manager overseeing the management and maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) systems within our organization. I have a strong background in health information management, ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of patient data. Responsibilities included leading the management and maintenance of EHR systems, overseeing data entry and quality control processes, collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams to optimize workflows, conducting training for healthcare personnel on EHR usage and best practices, and producing reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve patient care outcomes.

I served NAS Whiting Field, MWR, as an experienced, certified, and dedicated Aquatics Program Coordinator overseeing the development, implementation, and management of aquatic programs and facilities. My responsibilities included information management, database analysis, and program development in a recreational and aquatic setting, analyzing data to improve program effectiveness and safety, overseeing lifeguard training and certification, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience and streamline facility operations.
