My principal accountabilities are:

People management, motivate, coordinate and follow-up the  existing IT recruiters that work on both search and interviews

Initial screening of candidates by analyzing CVs and conducting phone interviews
Conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews with candidates, thereby evaluating languages, IT knowledge as well as required skills and personality

Lead weekly recruitment meetings in order to follow-up results of the team and solve outstanding issues
