Kelly Gallo

Kelly Gallo is a Director at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility), where she specializes in helping technology companies achieve their sustainability goals. Her work focuses on supporting high-growth companies in integrating resilient and inclusive practices that align with business strategies while addressing societal and environmental impacts. Through BSR's Sustainability Management services, she collaborates with members to identify key sustainability issues, develop targeted strategies, set achievable goals, and communicate these initiatives effectively to stakeholders.12

Before joining BSR, Kelly spent over six years consulting on energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy for California's utilities and public-sector clients. She has also been involved in various leadership roles, including serving on the Board of the US National Committee for UN Women, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, and as a board member for Spark, a nonprofit aimed at promoting gender equality through accessible philanthropy.13

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.1
