Kelly Ehret

Kelly Ehret is a seasoned leader with a diverse applied technology background and an undeniable entrepreneurial spirit. Over the last decade, Kelly has been at the forefront of leading full stack data and analytics organizations at startups with varying sizes and missions. Her expertise in data and machine learning platform engineering, business analytics, and data science team leadership has been honed through years of experience leading teams to their fullest potential. Kelly is passionate about people development and performance management and strives to create a collaborative, inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's core values. After studying Anthropology at Arizona State University, Kelly began her career as a Web Manager and System Administrator at Angel Fire Resort. From there, she founded Internet Outfitters, Inc, which led to roles as Lead Software Engineer at Desert Elements Design, Panorama Point, and Insight Designs Web Solutions, LLC. Kelly shifted her focus to engineering leadership, and her expertise has led her to roles as Lead Platform Engineer at Participant Sports, Lead Integrations Engineer at ThisLife, Director of Engineering for Data Platform at LivingSocial and Recurly, VP Engineering at BasicOps, Head of Data & Analytics at BrainTree, and most recently, as Engineering Manager of Growth and Director of Engineering for Data Insights Platform at Dropbox.
