As the current Chief Executive Officer of the Family Lives On Foundation, Kelly Becker leads initiatives to support over 2 million grieving children in the United States who are at risk of psychological and behavioral challenges due to the loss of a parent.

Kelly's mission involves recognizing the importance of grieving the death of a parent for children and implementing the Tradition Program, a holistic approach focused on honoring the parent's life story and aiding in the grieving process throughout adolescence.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Kelly has a strong educational background complementing her extensive professional experience.

Throughout her career, Kelly has held various distinguished roles including Executive Director, Fundraising & Event Management Consultant, Development Officer, IT Recruitment Consultant, Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Associate Director of Development, showcasing her diversified expertise.

Kelly Becker's vision involves mainstreaming the practice of preserving traditions after a parent's death as a prominent form of grief intervention to support children nationwide.
