Special Collections Library Technician
Kellen Carpenter is a prospective librarian or information specialist with a diverse background in writing, editing, blogging, radio, social science research, and linguistics. They obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Linguistics, Comparative Literature, and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kellen has experience in various roles such as an intern, night auditor, mathematics tutor, columnist, language processing laboratory manager, intern at a public policy institute, and programming director at a radio station. Currently, Kellen works as a Library Technician (Special Collections) at Western Carolina University.
