Learning & Development Manager | Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP)

► Built a new centralized channel sales program from scratch, drove program conceptualization, hiring of channel sales account managers (ICAM), daily coaching, collaboration, budgeting, sales forecasting and alignment with 8 different country sales leadership teams in northern Europe.

•  Recruited, developed and coached a team of 30+ ICAMs and team-leaders – lead the expansion to establish two new regional operations in Copenhagen and Brussels
•  Overachieved on sales targets of $50M+ each fiscal year
•  Over 60% of team promoted to Field or leadership positions over the years - more than double the rate of peer-teams in the organization

► Contracted to build a strategic business plan for a new product line of a Danish investment fund; including feasibility study and evaluation, competitive positioning, go-to-market, marketing, partnering and exit-strategy.

•	Lead the procurement and implementation project of a new CRM and billing systems including vendor and system integrator selection, contract negotiations, business process re-engineering and the implementation phase of connecting 40+ offices and 1500+ employees

► Responsible for the pricing & profitability of products and services, managing competitive intelligence, development of sales tools – transitioned to business development projects before the expatriation to Lithuania

• Lead international knowledge-transfer projects to Telia Poland and Norway leveraging the experiences of being the new entrant to the Danish telecommunications market after the government deregulations
• Drove business development projects – including successfully winning a deal on a landmark greenfield development project worth $20M+
