Keith Winter is a seasoned executive with a passion for growth and innovation. With a mix of experience in business strategy, software development, corporate development, and sales, he has led a variety of companies to success in the tech sector. He has held senior positions at major companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Electronic Arts, and Hewlett Packard, as well as at a range of startups.

Currently, Keith serves as a Venture Partner at Teal Ventures, where he focuses on global, Internet, mobile, IoT, health tech, SaaS, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and artificial intelligence (AI). He also serves as an angel investor with Inspovation Ventures and Health Innovation Pitch (HIP) in Silicon Valley and Tech Coast Angels in Southern California.

Throughout his career, Keith has achieved impressive results, growing aggregate revenue of companies and divisions by $1 billion where he held senior positions. He has overseen development teams that have delivered 20+ major software releases, developed strategic plans, completed numerous business deals, and acquired several companies. With experience leading staff teams of up to 500, more than 20 former staff members have gone on to become CEOs themselves.

Keith has global experience, having lived abroad and worked on projects in 50 countries, traveling to 100 and all time zones. He holds an MS in Data Analytics & Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Finance and Logistics from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business, and a BS in Business and BA in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Keith is passionate about using his expertise to mentor and support early-stage companies. He has served on the board of the Physician Retraining & Reentry (PRR), as an investor and board member at HIP, and as a member and investor at Tech Coast Angels and NuFund Venture Group. He is a sought-after advisor and angel investor in the tech industry, and he brings experience, expertise, and passion to every opportunity.
