Keith is an entrepreneur who founded CVA and turnaround firm KSA Group in 1995 to help struggling companies avert insolvency, acquired Company Funding Options in 2018, and has managed a global trading turnaround from Essex, handling over 600 redundancies and thousands of creditors in 2004. He has also played a significant role in turning around distressed companies by developing leading-edge turnaround strategies, cutting onerous contracts, advising vulture funders and investors, and providing funding solutions to rescue failing businesses.

Keith's educational background includes studying Business Studies and Economics at the University of the South Bank and Berwick Grammar School. He is also an FCA authorized debt consultant and corporate finance brokerage, specializing in marketing to distressed companies and offering innovative solutions to mitigate insolvency risks.
